As the HR Coordinator, you will play an integral role by helping with various administrative and operational functions within the Human Resources team. Your diverse responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to find the perfect candidates. You will also facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared as they join our company. Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR documentation is compliant will be critical to your success in this role. You’ll have the chance to coordinate employee training and development initiatives and support benefits administration. Moreover, you’ll prepare essential HR reports for management's review and assist in developing and implementing HR policies that ensure a supportive and progressive environment for all. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, you’ll thrive in our fast-paced organization. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1-2 years of HR support experience, we’d love to see your application.
