Job Description

Job Overview

  • Report to HR Business Partner, you play a pivotal role in contributing to SEEK’s headcount expansion in the region, and to deliver it’s long-term vision and growth ambitions. This role is above and beyond just typical recruitment and HR operations, and has vast opportunities to improve existing processes to drive standardization, best practice and optimization.


Key Objectives of the Role 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to meet local teams’ hiring needs, including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, onboarding etc
  • Support the preparation of monthly payroll, final payment, and taxation issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in HRIS implementation and system migration
  • Maintain and update accurate personal records in HR system and P-file system
  • Assist in driving a high-performance culture and build a productive workforce through the implementation of cultural initiatives, incentives and employee engagement
  • Perform the ad-hoc assignment as required

Qualifications

Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Possess at least 2 year’s relevant experience in Human Resources in sizeable organisation
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Detail-minded, responsible and able to meet tight schedules and deadline
  • Proactive, multi-tasked and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • You are deeply passionate about technology and eager to learn new things
  • Proven subject-matter expert in direct sourcing and thinking outside the box
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
