Controller needed in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area! This is an onsite role 5 days a week. This is a permanent role and interviews are being set up quickly! Apply today!

Job Description

As a Controller, you will become a cornerstone of the management team, replacing a retiring leader and stepping into the company's top financial role. Working hand-in-hand with the President, COO, and GM, you'll be instrumental in steering the organization through its next phase of growth. This is an ideal role for an ambitious professional eager to make their mark, with the potential to progress toward a CFO role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to guide operational and profitability improvements.
  • Manage monthly/annual financial close processes, budgets, forecasts, and more.
  • Build and modernize accounting systems, policies, and methods.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and analyze financial performance metrics.
  • Work with external partners to ensure compliance and streamline operations.
  • Lead a team as the organization grows, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • At least 6-8 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, with a proven track record in management.
  • Exceptional skills in financial analysis, cost accounting, and U.S. GAAP compliance.
  • A self-starter mindset, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
