When it comes to caring for people, we’re all in.Description:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, and strategic goals. Estimated pay range for this position is $75,194.30 - $97,752.59 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:• Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred.Additional Qualifications:• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources in an HRBP or Sr. Generalist role.• Strong business acumen, working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, labor laws, understanding and interpretation of data and HR analytics, critical thinking and strategic influencing, compensation and best practices.• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.#LI-JA1EOE, including disability/vets
