JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $22.50 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential

2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loading, Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team in Auburn, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the flow of materials and products through our facility while maintaining accurate inventory records.

  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with safety protocols
  • Verify and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Prepare outbound shipments by properly packaging, labeling, and documenting materials
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized tracking systems
  • Organize storage areas to ensure efficient space utilization
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisor
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization
  • Ability to read and interpret common statistical data, productivity reports, and written instructions 

Qualifications

  • Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time 
  • Ability to move carts in and out of production areas 
  • A high school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
  • Ability to push/pull full carts of glass alone or in tandem 
  • Ability to use computerized equipment 
  • Ability to recognize quality defects
