Responsibilities:

  • Design the launch roadmap on where to expand Deel’s mobility offerings.

  • Collaborate with the Mobility Sales team to set aggressive quarterly revenue targets for global mobility products.

  • Conduct research and analysis of the immigration requirements and processes for Deel’s new markets.

  • Prepare Deel’s visa sponsorship renewals and slots, and submit immigration applications to the local authorities to offer visas in new countries.

  • Collaborate with the product team to design features and unblock new services or improve current workflow gaps.

  • Hire providers for mobility, onboard and create immigration processes. Negotiate pricing.

  • Design immigration processes to enable Deel to scale effectively.

  • Serve as the spokesperson for immigration at Deel in various events and articles.

Requirements

  • Have 4-10 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Have a proven track record of launching mobility offerings in-house

  • Have a solid track record of achievement - e.g. earned positions of leadership including in extracurriculars or competitive sports, you have worked in a top tier company/startup, have quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competitive awards

  • Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps

  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication in English
