Controlling Excellence Manager (w/m/d)

As a Controlling Excellence Manager, your main responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing end-to-end investment controlling processes, overseeing construction cost management, and developing governance structures to handle CAPEX deviations. You will play a crucial role in operational project support, enhancing the efficiency of CAPEX reporting, and ensuring clear decision-making processes within the Roll-Out Controlling Framework.

To be considered for the Controlling Excellence Manager role, you'll need a degree in economics, business informatics, or a related field. Additionally, several years of experience in process management or organizational development, particularly in investment controlling environments, is essential. Practical knowledge of BPM tools and experience with reporting and ERP systems will also be beneficial.

The Controlling Excellence Manager will engage closely with various departments such as Roll-Out, Finance, IT, and the Transformation Office. This collaboration aims to integrate relevant financial processes into construction operations, making them measurable and continuously enhancing them based on data-driven insights.
