Benefits and Compensation Manager
Embroker is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Manager to ensure competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits packages for a multi-state/multi-province workforce.
Skills
- Strong experience in designing and implementing total compensation programs
- Experience with payroll processing in a multi-location environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation structures
- Administer stock options, bonus, and commission plans
- Collaborate on annual salary review processes
- Administer payroll for US and Canadian employees
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field
