Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Development Specialist to join our team in Racine, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth within our organization.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives
  • Design and implement engaging learning experiences using various methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to ensure efficient delivery and tracking of training programs
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create customized development plans for individuals and teams
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations on various professional development topics
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and adult learning
  • Support performance management processes by providing guidance on goal-setting and skill development
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of succession planning strategies

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; 
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent development, training, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management strategies
  • Experience in performance evaluation and employee engagement best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs and create effective learning solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Certification such as ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar is a plus
