Euromonitor International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a 12-month temp-to-perm contract in our Bengaluru TA team. As part of Euromonitor’s HR team, the TA Executive will support the recruitment needs for all permanent positions across Technology, Research, and Business Services teams. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to meet workforce needs

You’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment journey for all permanent positions across our Technology, Research, and Business Services teams. With a strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to make sure we meet workforce needs seamlessly. We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience who can juggle a busy recruitment desk, whether from an internal or agency setting. Being highly organized is crucial, as you’d need to prioritize effectively and work under pressure. Familiarity with ATS systems is essential—super user status will definitely be a plus!
