As a Reward Analyst at Evelyn Partners, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Reward Business Partner and the wider HR team, playing a pivotal role in the execution of the company's Reward proposition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a mix of financial analysis, modeling, and managing processes that contribute to an employee's total compensation, including annual salary reviews and bonus schemes. You’ll also assist with important initiatives and reports, such as market surveys and Gender Pay Gap Reporting. Creativity is key, as you’ll be involved in tracking budgets and delivering quality analysis to support the HR department’s goals. We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and numerical skills, alongside a knack for using Microsoft Excel effectively. While previous HR experience is desirable, it’s not a deal-breaker.
