Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic OD leader to drive product transformation and large-scale change across our organization. In this newly created role, you will lead initiatives to build product competencies, redefine ways of working, and manage transformational programs that support our transition to a product-focused operating model. Collaborating closely with HR, Talent Management, and the Business Transformation teams, you will ensure that change management strategies are seamlessly integrated with our strategic vision for sustainable growth.

Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the SVP of Human Resources and work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and the Business Transformation team. This hybrid leadership position requires a weekly commute to our Costa Mesa, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation & Change Management:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support the talent-related transition to a product-centric operating model.
    • Lead large-scale talent transformation programs, ensuring that talent-based initiatives align with business objectives and drive cultural and operational change.
    • Champion new ways of working by designing and executing talent and ways of working programs that build product competencies and support organizational agility.
  • Program & Portfolio Management:
    • Oversee a diverse portfolio of talent transformation projects, ensuring timely execution, alignment with commercial goals, and measurable impact on operational excellence.
    • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to foster continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Partnership & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and the Business Transformation teams to ensure a cohesive approach to talent change initiatives.
    • Serve as a key liaison between HR Business Partner and Business Transformation teams, representing HR’s strategic focus in high-level discussions and steering committees.
    • Work with Talent Management to design and build targeted programs that support product competencies and new ways of working.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for talent transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with our long-term business vision.
    • Engage with senior leadership and other key stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • 12+ years experience in organizational development, human resources, or learning and development, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in implementing change management frameworks and organizational development strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience designing learning curriculums that shift employee behaviors and build essential competencies.
  • Strategic & Commercial Experience:
    • Experience building change solutions with shown success.
    • Experience managing a portfolio of transformation projects.
  • Leadership & Communication:
    • History of influencing at all organizational levels.
    • History of building relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders.
