Job Description

We are thrilled to announce that Experian has acquired NeuroID. Since 2023, NeuroID has partnered with Experian to provide the latest behavioral analytics, combating identity theft and advanced fraud attacks. Now, as part of Experian's CrossCore® on the Experian Ascend Technology Platform™, we continue to lead the charge in proactive fraud detection and seamless user experiences.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the creative development of our lead generation campaigns and grow our brand awareness. You will help expand our creative library and guide the integration of our brand into Experian's. The NeuroID visual identity leverages playfulness to accompany a data-heavy story, and we're looking for someone comfortable taking copy and stats and turning them into high-performing, eye-catching visuals.

You will report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and design various marketing materials, including paid social video ads, white papers, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand strategy teams to create cohesive and impactful brand styles and guidelines.
  • Produce engaging graphics for dynamic social media campaigns, driving audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create visual assets for successful ABM and B2B campaign strategies, including email, social, SEO, paid advertising, content syndication, and event support.
  • Lead the design process for several print and event materials, including backdrops, mailers, booth displays, pop-ups, and other assets to enhance brand presence at virtual and in-person events.
  • Oversee the creative strategy and lead creative workshopping; not afraid to bring out-of-the-box ideas or play into trends (memes, gifs, blockbusters, TikTok trends).
  • Leverage best practices in UX design for data storytelling.
  • Strategize to expand the creative library of the NeuroID brand; own the convergence of the NeuroID brand and the Experian brand as we integrate the two.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • 4+ years of experience in layout design for print and digital, and strong typography skills.
  • Expertise in vector-based illustration and photo editing.
  • Experience with UX for design.
  • Experience designing for data analytics (graphs, trend reports, data analytics visual models).
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.

Benefits/Perks:

  • Great compensation package and bonus plan.
  • Core benefits including full medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K.
  • Flexible work environment, ability to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.
  • Flexible time off, including volunteer time off, vacation, sick, and 12-paid holidays.
