Senior Client Success Manager - Asset Management

Join Our Team as a Senior Client Success Manager! Build strategic relationships and drive success for key Asset Management clients!

As a Senior Client Success Manager at FE fundinfo, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of Asset Management clients, helping them achieve their goals through our innovative products and services. You will be part of a passionate team that values growth, collaboration, and excellence. This role offers you the chance to mentor team members, lead projects, and make a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention.

The successful candidate will ideally work from the Woking office once a week (every Wednesday), but candidates based in London with occasional travel to Woking are also welcome.

Your key responsibilities as a Senior Client Success Manager will include: 

  • Building strategic relationships with assigned customers to achieve trusted partner status and enable successful outcomes from FE fundinfo’s products, solutions, and services. 
  • Guiding customers as they transition from onboarding phase to active users, ensuring they understand and maximize use of our innovative products and services. 
  • Maintaining regular contact to check on client needs, providing training, and addressing concerns that might impact retention or cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Exceptional ability to focus on customer loyalty and develop toward long-term relationships. 
  • Reviewing escalated cases to ensure quick resolution and sharing customer feedback with internal departments to identify solutions. 
  • Working in conjunction with the Team Lead in coaching and mentoring team members to create positive outcomes in challenging situations

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Senior Client Success Manager: 

  • You must have experience in a client-facing role (preferable CSM, Client Support, Account Management) ideally within Asset Management, or the financial services industry
  • You should have a customer-centric approach, understanding and prioritizing the needs of the customer. 
  • You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience with C-level executives both internally and externally. 
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and presenting to small and large audiences. 
  • You should be able to understand and interpret client/business data in a clear and commercial manner.
