Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, GTM/Sales, and G&A roles across the EMEA region, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the sourcing team to design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks.
  • Talent Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with Flywire’s hiring goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement throughout the hiring journey.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates to proactively support current and future hiring needs across EMEA.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a Flywire ambassador, enhancing our employer brand and positioning us as a top employer in key EMEA markets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring challenges, and competitor activities to continuously refine and improve recruitment strategies.
  • ATS & Reporting: Manage candidate data in SmartRecruiters and provide key hiring metrics to drive recruitment insights and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize hiring processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce time-to-hire.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within Engineering, GTM/Sales recruiting, or consulting, in high-growth, fast-paced environments, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Additional European language proficiency is a plus.
  • EMEA Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA hiring landscape, regional labor laws, recruitment trends, and cultural nuances.
  • Cultural Savvy: Comfortable working in a diverse, multicultural environment, with the ability to adapt recruitment strategies across multiple markets.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects, meet tight deadlines, and navigate a dynamic recruitment environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to collaborate across global teams and time zones, supporting Flywire’s international hiring efforts.

Location:

This hybrid role is based out of our Valencia office, with the expectation of working onsite 2–3 days per week.
 

Compensation:

In alignment with our pay transparency practices, the target annual salary for this 1-year contract role ranges from €35,000 to €45,000, depending on your experience.
