Assistant Manager - Full-Service Gas Station

Gibbs Oil Company LP is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager at our Full-Service Gas Station. in Manchester by the Sea, MA. In this role, you will support the station manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with customer service, managing inventory levels, training and supervising staff, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the gas station remains clean and safe for all patrons.

Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or gas station management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
