JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityAs a Shipping & Receiving Specialist Level 3 here atHoneywell Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for managing theshipping and receiving operations in the IA/PMC business unit atour Pasadena, TX location. You will be accountable for ensuring the timelyreceipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, while maintaininga high level of accuracy and compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.With your strong attention to detail and organizational skills, you willcontribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain and help us deliverexceptional customer service. You will report directly to our SeniorService and Repair Supervisor and you'll work out of our Pasadena, TXlocation on a full-time, on-site work schedule. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth andefficient flow of materials in and out of our facility. You will be responsiblefor coordinating shipments, verifying incoming materials, and maintainingaccurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and strong organizationalskills will be essential in ensuring that our supply chain operations runsmoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReceive incoming shipmentsand verify the accuracy of materials against purchase orders or shippingdocuments.Inspectand record the condition of received goods, ensuring any damages ordiscrepancies are reported and resolved.Prepare,package and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling anddocumentation.Workwith suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establishstrong partnerships and streamline operations. Ensurecompliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
