Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - Analytics based in EMEA to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations based in the U.S. In this role, you will run a team of analysts to deliver dashboards and insights to help our Sales teams make data driven decisions. You will enable them to achieve targets through people, process, and technology. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing, successful, and innovative organization. What you’ll do:

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports used by Sales leadership to effectively run the business
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to “look ahead” vs just “looking in the rearview mirror” to help set Sales strategy
  • Dig into root causes and recommend solutions and actions based on evidence and supporting data
  • Leverage Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari to present data and findings
  • Support data needs for all teams within the Worldwide Field Organization
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment of Sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning
  • Provide strategic guidance on sales trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities

What you’ll bring:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sales operations, analytics, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in support of strategic sales plans that have driven revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in excel, sales analytics tools such as CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Have evolved the team into a proactive team looking ahead and basing recommendations on what’s coming
