The Opportunity

As LucidLink’s Senior Talent Partner, you’ll own end-to-end talent acquisition (from sourcing to signing) for our Engineering team, here in Bulgaria.

As a Senior Talent Partner you’ll be:

  • The face of the company for candidates, creating a positive and engaging experience.

  • An architect of interview processes, ensuring they are rigorous, fair, and respectful.

  • A skilled coordinator, managing diverse and distributed stakeholders seamlessly.

  • A self-sufficient recruiter, acting as your own sourcer, recruiting coordinator, and analyst.

This is a meaty opportunity for someone with proven skills, the ability to balance speed and quality, an openness to learning, and a willingness to be hands-on. 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, specializing in engineering, product, and design hiring, while also eager to take on roles across other functions.

  • Strong knowledge of engineering roles, technologies, and local industry trends.

  • Skilled in sourcing through online job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Hands-on experience with various aspects of recruiting, including operations, employer branding, workforce planning, internal mobility, and interviewer training (the more, the better!).

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Results-driven mindset, focused on securing high-quality hires within set timelines.

  • Proficient with tools such as Ashby (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards to attract top talent.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit—proactive, resourceful, adaptable, resilient, and humble.

  • Process-oriented and detail-driven, with a structured approach to managing funnels, tracking progress, and following up diligently.

The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from a salary database. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
