- Lead demand consensus process with internal stakeholders.
- Manage monthly S&OP process in partnership with Supply planning lead.
- Ownership of demand planning building blocks and analysis.
- Perform macro and micro level analysis and root cause gaps.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on recommendations.
- Motivate the demand planning team and improve processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance
