Recruiting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 5 to 8 recruiter to move and guide candidate through the recruitment process:
    • Interview Scheduling, disposition candidate, audit Offer letter, advise candidate of next steps, initiate background check, immigration/sponsorship process, relocation process, book travel for candidate interview.
    • Manage and resolve escalations from candidate.
  • Administrative tasks are rotated between all individual contributor in TA ops mgt.
    • Administer the Next steps, Hot job, Referral program.
    • Contractor conversion, onboarding & offboarding of RPO in WD
    • PO creation, invoice reconciliation against contract and budget, adjust financial forecast.
    • Ad hoc reporting requests
  • Participate in completing testing for process automation, improvements, M&A.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administration or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Additional Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Have worked with Workday recruiting platform, scheduling software, customer relationship management system (CRM), and employee onboarding software.
