Job Description

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging candidates for a wide range of international roles. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity offering high earning potential and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client requirements
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms
  • Use our recruitment software to manage candidates and applications
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
  • Meet weekly targets and KPIs
  • English level at C1 / C2

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
