Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. In this exciting role, you will provide exemplary support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our wide range of home improvement and DIY tools.

Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to assist clients in navigating product selections, understanding specifications, and handling any concerns or inquiries they may have regarding their purchases. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding home improvement products
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
  • Resolving issues and complaints effectively and professionally
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolutions to complex issues
  • Provide customers with information on promotions, new products, and best practices for DIY projects
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and services
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the home improvement or retail industry, is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
