Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and strategy for a new strategic product. 

This role is pivotal in shaping how organizations understand how work gets done in business applications, leveraging AI, data mining, and behavioral analytics. 

You will work with a cross-functional team in defining how user interactions, workflows, and productivity trends can be surfaced to help enterprises optimize software experiences, improve efficiency, and reduce friction in digital workplaces. 

 Your mission will be to:  

  • Come up with viable and valuable solutions to solve our customers problems. 

  • Work with the product designer to ensure that the solutions are usable, and with the engineers to ensure they are feasible. 

  • Set the product strategy and roadmap that will generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services and Management.  

  • Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively. 

  • Attend the usual Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, trainings… 

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 

  • 7+ years of experience as Product Manager in a B2B software company.  

  • Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or application observability solutions

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven. 

  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science, data mining or data modeling. 

  • Extremely passionate about solving challenging real-life problems.  

  • Proven ability to engage, communicate and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship. 

  • Professional-level English, spoken and written.  

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders. 

Nice to have 

  • Experience as product manager for observability, application monitoring or data mining products. 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment while building extensible and scalable solutions.   

  • Proven experience in setting strategy, creating and releasing a product, ideally a B2B product.
