Senior Learning and Organizational Development Coordinator

Job Description

 

Coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs. Supports the organization and set-up of multiple different training courses both in person and through webinars.

Job Responsibility

 

1.Coordinates multiple different training courses both in person and through webinars.
2.Supports the implementation of a variety of teaching strategies to meet end-users needs.
3.Supports the development, implementation and evaluation of training programs.
4.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.

Job Qualification

 

·Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
·3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
