💼 What You’ll Do:
Own the full recruiting process: From sourcing to closing, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a perfect match for both the candidate and the startup.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline: Leverage LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and other creative sourcing methods to discover hidden gems and attract top-tier candidates.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing a smooth, transparent journey that aligns with their personal and professional goals.
Conduct technical assessments: Evaluate candidates in areas like engineering, AI, machine learning, and product design, ensuring only the highest-quality candidates are placed.
Strategically partner with startups: Dive deep into client cultures, tech stacks, and growth goals to align your recruiting efforts with their unique vision.
Stay ahead of trends: Keep up-to-date with AI, machine learning, engineering, and emerging tech to ensure you’re identifying top talent before anyone else.
Be data-driven: Track key recruiting metrics (like time-to-fill, candidate experience, diversity outcomes) to optimize your recruitment processes and contribute to client success.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially within early-stage startups (Seed & Series A). You’ve successfully filled tough roles and have a proven track record.
Expertise in technical domains: You may not code, but you understand the fundamentals of engineering, AI, and machine learning, and can engage in meaningful technical discussions.
A strong network across North America: You’ve built lasting relationships with top tech, AI, and product talent in the US and Canada, and have a knack for finding the best of the best.
Creative sourcing skills: You’re resourceful and innovative, using a variety of tools and methods to proactively engage with top talent.
Sense of urgency: You work fast and with precision, hitting your recruiting goals while maintaining a high-quality experience.
Resilience and fearlessness: You thrive on challenges and view obstacles as opportunities to grow.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You can influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
