As a fully remote and global venture-backed startup headquartered in San Francisco, we have a 20-member core team and a 150-member operations team.
We are looking for a full-cycle Recruiter based in the Philippines. As our Recruiter, you will handle all aspects of the recruitment process for various roles across the organization. You will partner closely with our Founding Recruiter, People Ops Lead, and Philippines-based hiring managers to find and hire the best teammates by sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth, seamless interview process. You will also guide, coach, and train our managers and interviewers on how to create and improve top-notch interview systems and processes for hiring stellar team members.

Love tracking and analyzing your recruiting data and metrics

Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles, interview processes, and timelines, and specifically for our Finance, Project Management, Analyst, and Customer Support teams
Source: Use a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for different roles
Screen: Review resumes, conduct intro calls, and coordinate interviews
Close: Present offer details and compensation packages and negotiate final terms
Analyze: Track and report on key metrics (sourcing volume, pass through rates, quality-of-hire, etc.) to ensure efficient and effective recruitment operations
Care: Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates at every stage of the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Improve: Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance efficiency
Must be based in the Philippines
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience specifically for project management, customer support, and/or finance roles
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong understanding and knowledge of the Philippines job market/landscape and best practices for recruiting in this market
Proficient with a variety of sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience recruiting for US-based companies
Previous work in a tech startup
Experience recruiting for remote positions and global teams beyond the Philippines
Familiarity with Ashby (our chosen ATS)
Data analysis and reporting experience
High volume recruiting for part-time data labelers and AI trainers
