Epic Nurse Triage Analyst
Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Call Hub Analyst to join their team. You will need to possess the following qualifications for this role
- Certifications
- Epic Cheers and/or Nurse Triage certifications
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
- Experience with Call Hub
- Soft-Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
