Your new role

As our new Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of our Global Talent Sourcing team. Working as part of Ramboll’s Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering creative recruiting strategies for complex roles that span across multiple business areas and geographies within the Ramboll Organization. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for proactively sourcing talent for roles of all levels across a variety of channels to reduce reliance on external staffing agencies. You will also provide subject matter expertise regarding labor market data, recruiting trends, competitor analysis, and target geographies for specific areas of talent. You will be part of a global and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition community and will perform your job in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Leverage various sourcing channels and methods to source candidates for targeted job requisitions and proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified and diverse talent
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skillset and competencies, potential fit for current and/or future positions, and potential fit to the Ramboll culture
  • Partner and collaborate with local recruitment teams, HR Business Partners and Hiring Mangers to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements
  • Generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information to develop effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with Ramboll’s Global Talent Sourcing community
  • Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, targeting competitive companies, and passive recruiting techniques in order to continually enhance relationships and maintain Ramboll’s presence in the market, always ensuring a high level of candidate experience

About you

  • B.S. degree and 2+ years of previous recruitment experience either in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication and strong relationship building skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and knowledge of social media and other recruitment tools & systems
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple job openings under tight timelines
  • Previous recruitment experience within environmental engineering/consulting, energy, water, architecture and/or construction industries strongly preferred

Salary Transparency Statement

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $72,167 and $90,209. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
