We are looking for a driven B2B Inbound Marketing Coordinator to work within the company’s marketing department driving real growth through brand awareness, lead generation, and nurturing efforts. In this role, you will support demand generation strategies to drive, convert, and delight leads by executing programs and campaigns using HubSpot and leveraging additional marketing channels.

Create, update, optimize, and manage marketing assets including blog posts, landing pages, website pages, forms, calls-to-actions, and more.
Ensure deadlines are met through tightly managing the coordination and execution of assets for assigned marketing campaigns using marketing tools.
Create, manage, proof, and test email marketing campaigns, and ensure lists are kept up to date.
Manage and oversee social media channels, staying abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Support editing and proofing of marketing assets, including Adobe documents, images, PowerPoint, Word, videos, marketing support materials, and other assets as needed.
Support CMS (HubSpot) health through maintenance projects, enhancements, and monitoring.
Collaborate and communicate with designers, thought leaders, writers, and other marketing team members.
Leverage best practice SEO to optimize content and guide decisions through initiatives.
Analyze brand presence, conduct competitive website analysis, and discover content gaps.
Support marketing team with day-to-day activities.
Assist with any other projects as required.
Education: A BA/BS degree or background in business, marketing, or related field
Experience: 1-2 years of inbound marketing experience
Skills: Experience creating and management marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and landing pages
Attributes: Excellent communicator and creative thinker; self-starter with an attention to detail; can work independently once given instruction; ability to use data to inform decisions; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; driven and ambitious to succeed
Knowledge: Solid understanding of best practice inbound marketing concepts—SEO, blogging, social media, lead nurturing, workflow management, email marketing, and more; certified HubSpot preferred; experience highly desired in Wrike, Salesforce, basic HTML/CSS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar products; exposure to the US insurance market is a plus
