CDI (statut cadre) à Montpellier / 2 jours de télétravail 
Rémunération selon votre expérience et vos compétences : 47k€ - 57k€ (hors avantages Scalian)


Nous recherchons un Lead UX Designer H/F. Vous serez en charge de la conception centrée utilisateurs en vous appuyant sur les méthodes mises en place de façon transverse au sein de l'équipe. 
Vous interviendrez principalement sur des produits BtoC à destination des clients et également sur des produits BtoB. 
Vous pouvez êtes amené à coordonner et encadrer d'autres designer UX et UI dans leurs taches et dans leur montée en compétence.

En tant que lead UX H/F, vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des parties prenantes (PO, développeurs, BA, métiers...) et serez amené à vous positionner en tant qu'expert UX pour être garant des méthodes du chapitre UX.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Coordination et encadrement d'autres UX et UI designer et intégration des apports d'expertises (UX research, UX writing...)
- Recueil des besoins, prise de briefe et cadrage des sujets
- Définition du cadre méthodologique et estimation du temps nécessaire pour le mener à bien
- Suivi des projets et maitrise des temps consommés sur vos sujets
- Participations aux rituels agiles des squad
- Réalisation de benchmark et d'audit
- Recherche utilisateur, interviews, immersions/observations
- Préparation et animation d'ateliers
- Réalisation de userflows, de wireframes fonctionnels
- Préparation et passation de tests utilisateurs

Outils/Stack : Figma/Figjam, Lookback, Zeroheight, Optimal workshop, Maze.

Qualifications

- Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide d'au moins 7 ans dans un poste similaire
- Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement de projets complexes
- Vous êtes autonome et proactif 
- Vous avez une maîtrise approfondie de l'environnement de travail Agile
- Vous avez acquis une expérience significative au sein de grandes entreprises
