What you get to do:
Partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:

  • Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations
  • Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
  • Assist with candidate phone screening and interview set-up for Hiring Managers to review
  • Post to niche job boards, as needed
  • Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
  • Assist in on-boarding new hires during peak season
  • Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
  • Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
  • Main point of contact for Work and Travel programs and logistics
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned to include front desk responsibilities as needed

What it takes to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and able to pass SeaWorld San Antonio MVR check
  • Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
  • Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
  • Must have flexible available to include working weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Comfortable standing and walking for prolonged periods of time
  • Able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
