Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die operative Führung eines Bereiches und die qualitative Leistungserbringung für einen definierten Kundenkreis
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der Personalabteilung bei der Planung und Beschaffung von Personalressourcen zusammen
  • Sie fördern das Engagement und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Ihren Führungskräften sowie mit Mitarbeitenden, Vorgesetzten. Kunden und Arbeitnehmervertretungen zusammen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erreichung der strategischen und finanziellen Geschäftsziele des Bereichs

Qualifikationen

  • Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium, gern mit Bezug zu der Sicherheitsbranche
  • Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln
  • Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von unseren
    operativen Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie sind ein ausgezeichneter Teamplayer und eine empathische Führungspersönlichkeit
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge in der kaufmännischen Planung und im Umgang mit Business Intelligence Tools
