Crear con éxito, confianza y credibilidad con el cliente y candidatos, mientras colabora e interactúa con el equipo, para liderar las actividades de reclutamiento corporativo para el RPO.


¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?
  • 2+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección, indispensable con al menos un año de experiencia en perfiles de TI.
  • Carrera universitaria completa indistinto.
  • Lograr resultados en un entorno de reclutamiento acelerado, impulsado por métricas y plazos.
  • Posee habilidades de priorización de tiempo, adopta el cambio y demuestra flexibilidad cuando cambian las direcciones y prioridades.
  • Indispensable buen manejo de técnicas de sourcing. Dominio de LinkedIn Recruiter y diferentes herramientas de búsqueda para maximizar el alcance del talento.
  • Deseable manejo de ATS.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office nivel intermedio.
  • Manejo en búsqueda booleana.


¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones como Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant TI?
  • Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Mantener y construir una sólida red de candidatos a través de la investigación de mercado y la gestión continua.
  • Desarrollar una estrategia de reclutamiento creativa y dedicada para identificar candidatos pasivos y activos.
  • Asegurar de que se cumplan los objetivos semanales y mensuales de presentación y contratación.
  • Actualizar y mantener informes del sistema de seguimiento de solicitantes, junto con otras responsabilidades administrativas relacionadas.
