Demand Generation Specialist

Ready to own the pipeline and make an impact? We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Demand Generation Specialist who thrives on turning strategy into action—researching, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects.

Our Demand Generation Specialist will drive lead generation, nurture relationships with prospects, and support outbound marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution - helping to research, engage, and convert potential clients while managing the sales pipeline and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
  • Identify and research potential clients, gathering insights to personalise outreach.
  • Engage prospects through targeted messaging, follow-ups, and content-driven engagement.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and tracked effectively.
  • Set up appointments and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales executives.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of lead status.
  • 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, or sales support.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, outbound campaigns, and CRM management.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Apollo, or similar).
  • Excellent research skills to identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to craft compelling outreach.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Prior experience in B2B industries
  • Ability to interpret data and suggest optimisations for better pipeline conversion.
