The Talent Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top technical talent to meet hiring needs. With expertise in recruitment processes and sourcing tools, the role requires effective communication with both candidates and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
Sourcing and interviewing candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks).
Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Presenting qualified candidates to stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leads.
Facilitating communication between candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Managing candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and process integrity.
Contributing to employer branding efforts by promoting Truelogic's culture and career opportunities.
Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and selection processes.
5+ years of technical recruitment experience in India, with a strong understanding of local talent markets and industry trends.
Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage recruitment processes, track candidates, and ensure efficient hiring workflows.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates through the platform's advanced search features and tools.
Strong understanding of technical roles, particularly in software engineering and IT, to effectively screen and assess candidates’ technical skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly present candidates and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and efficient hiring process.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
