Summary of Job Duties:

The Administrative Services Director’s primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the travel, procurement, and human resource functions for Institutional Advancement. This includes oversight of both the departments T-Card and P-Card. This position works closely with the IA Financial Manager to ensure proper posting of department expenses. The role also supports the management team through analysis on a variety of operational decisions.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Eight years of financial management experience preferably in a healthcare setting. 

Special knowledge, abilities and skills:

  • General ledger experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of computer software: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
