Overview 

UiPath is in search of a Community Marketing Intern to join our internship program in Bangalore, India. We are looking for passionate, driven and collaborative individuals who are excited to join our fast-growing teams. In this program, you will be supported by managers, mentors, and a global class of interns. 

  

Start date: 2025, 3-months internship 

Schedule: full-time 

Note: This is a full-time paid internship. 

What you'll do at UiPath 

  • Events: you will help with the setup of in-person and virtual events for the large community of developers and professionals in automation;  

  • Support: contribute to community moderation and help with posting community announcements; 

  • Advocacy: identify super users and contribute to our champions program where we work with the best in the community space; 

  • Content: contribute with creation of descriptive text and visual materials for events, blogs, surveys, newsletters or YouTube videos; 

  • Web: help with the content creation of web pages for community programs and events, set pages and have a say in the user journey on our platforms; 

  • Amplification: identify channels on social media, Slack groups and different specific communities where to amplify about specific events and community initiatives; 

  • Data Analytics: help with collection of data, building reports and data understanding; 

What you'll bring to the team 

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any other language is a plus) 

  • You know your way around MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  

  • You tend to explore new technologies and get more into tech platforms that are similar to forums and groups (Discord, Discourse, Slack, Social Media communities) - tech savvy is your nickname; 

  • You are comfortable being in a fluid and dynamic environment, meeting in the office as well as working from home; we are a global team of remote colleagues based in India, Romania, Spain, and USA;  

  • You tend to own your agenda and you are proactive and mindful of your time management; 

  • You like trying out new ways of problem-solving, being hands-on, and managing several tasks at hand; you identify things that don’t work and needs that community members have and you are proactive in coming up with solutions or people with whom to connect them; 

  • You believe in connecting people with technology to support them in their growth and making their lives better; 

  • You have some organizing skills and attention to details when it comes to events, typos and how a banner fits in page.

Community Managers are jack of all trades having an impact in Marketing, Customer Education, Customer Support, Product and many more functions depending on how the function is set. For UiPath, the community is strategic, and we get to do all the activities that any large mature tech community does.
