Recruiter (Krakow/Wroclaw, Poland)

As a Recruiter at Unit8, you will oversee full-cycle recruiting, focusing on various functions including Data and AI, Business Development, and Operations. You will develop candidate sources through market research, work closely with hiring teams to develop talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The Recruiter position at Unit8 requires a minimum of three years of experience in recruiting for IT roles. Experience in recruiting for Data and AI positions is beneficial. Candidates should be fluent in English, highly organized, and skilled in building relationships with leaders and teams within the company.
