As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.

We’re looking for a leader who can integrate these activities into project plans, track progress, and contribute to the overall objectives of the People Team.
