As we transition from the People Team Transformation phase to executing our People Strategy, it is imperative to have a strong leader who can drive adoption and ensure the success of both individual initiatives and the overall strategy. As a key leader, this person will drive the People Team Strategy implementation, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a growing team of Change Management Practitioners.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, People Team Accelerator OCM/PMO Lead who will oversee a new team of resources dedicated to executing on the People Team transformation workstreams.

As the Director of Change Management at Visa, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious mission to enhance our People Team Strategy implementation. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead, coach, and develop a team of talented Change Management Practitioners, fostering a high-performance culture that values continuous growth. Excitingly, you’ll be managing the design, delivery, and communication of strategic changes to tools and processes within our People organization. With your expertise, you will ensure our change management activities align seamlessly with the People Strategy-related changes, thus driving successful outcomes. As a pivotal figure, you’ll create end-to-end transformation plans that adhere to our strategic objectives while actively communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged. Expect to evaluate user readiness and develop metrics to monitor success, making data-driven decisions to tweak strategies and approaches as needed. You’ll also work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring cohesive collaboration that respects diverse cultures and viewpoints across global teams. This hybrid position offers you flexibility while confirming that the days you'll work in the office will be clarified by your hiring manager.
