As a prominent player in the Property Management and Community Association Management industry, we service a variety of properties, including condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, as well as rental management for multi-family and single-unit properties nationwide. You'll have the chance to directly manage a dedicated HR team, provide mentorship, and align our HR policies with our company goals. Your role will encompass overseeing employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws and creating a fair work environment. With a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, a monthly cell phone stipend, and comprehensive medical benefits, including dental and vision insurance, we aim to support our employees fully.
