Position: Talent Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Talent Manager - Sales to drive business growth in the entertainment industry. This role involves connecting with clients and talents, negotiating deals, and managing relationships to ensure successful collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, production houses, brands, and agencies seeking talent for various projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their talent requirements and business needs.
  • Talent Representation: Represent and pitch talent profiles (actors, models, influencers, and artists) to clients for auditions, brand deals, and collaborations.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts, commercials, and project terms between talents and clients, ensuring the best outcomes for both parties.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured pipeline of potential leads, ongoing negotiations, and closed deals.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry events, film festivals, and networking meetups to expand business opportunities.
  • Coordination with Talent & Production Teams: Work closely with talent coordinators, production teams, and creative professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales targets, revenue generation, and client feedback, providing regular reports to the management.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or talent management within the entertainment/media industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record in closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and talents.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.
  • A deep understanding of casting, brand collaborations, influencer marketing, and entertainment projects is a plus.
