Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Administrator who will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks such as document management, meeting scheduling, budget tracking, and communication with stakeholders. The Project Administrator will primarily support project managers in keeping the project organized and on track.

Work Environment

This position is on-site, Monday to Friday. The hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays, totaling a 38-hour work week. The role offers ample opportunities for growth within project administration, corporate roles, and field roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
