  • Gehalt: 13€ / Std.
  • 20h Vorlesungszeit, bis zu 40h Semesterferien
  • eigenes Arbeits-Notebook

Deine Aufgabe

  • erstelle und veröffentliche Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen und erweitere dein Wissen hinsichtlich Suchmaschinen, Algorithmen und SEO
  • pflege und aktualisiere die Bewerberdatenbank sowie das interne HR-System
  • erstelle Reports aus dem System, pflege Dashboards und behalte relevante Recruiting-Kennzahlen im Blick
  • übernimm breitgefächerte administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting-Prozess
  • unterstütze bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Recruiting-Events, Messen und Karrieretagen

Qualifikationen

  • immatrikulierter Student, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources bzw. Personalmanagement, Erziehungswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • gerne mit praktischer Vorerfahrung im Personalbereich z.B. durch Praktika
  • gute Kenntnisse im klassischen MS Office und/oder Google Workspace (ins.Google Sheets)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprach-Niveau) und fundierte Englischkenntnisse
