Employment Type: Commission-Based with Transition to Salary

About Us:
At FOX Staffing Network, we specialize in recruiting top talent for great companies across various industries. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Independent Commission-Based Recruiter to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own clients, build their business within ours, and earn substantial commissions while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Sourcing & Relationship Management: You will source, screen, and place candidates while building and managing relationships with clients.
  • Placement Process: From job order to candidate placement, you will manage the entire process.
  • Independent Work: You will work as an independent contractor, sourcing your own clients, but will have access to tools, software, and resources to help you succeed.

Commission Structure:

  • Commission Rate: 75% of the placement fee if you pay for your own software and tools. 60% if you use ours. 
  • Company Provides:
    • Brand name and business structure
    • General guidance as needed
  • You Are Responsible For:
    • Covering all recruiting software and tools
    • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
    • Finding and managing client relationships

Additional Information

This is a 1099 position. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
