  • Gehalt: 13€ / Std.
  • 20h Vorlesungszeit, bis zu 40h Semesterferien
  • eigenes Arbeits-Notebook

Deine Aufgabe

  • übernimm eigenständig Aufgaben und unterstütze tatkräftig den Fachbereich Talent Acquisition mit Schwerpunkt Berufsausbildung (über 1.000 Auszubildende & deren Ausbilder)
  • arbeite eng zusammen mit den Fachbereichen Recruiting, Weiterbildung, Personalentwicklung sowie den HR Business Partnern
  • überwache und stelle sicher, dass die bundesweiten Ausbildungsvoraussetzungen für Auszubildende erfüllt sind
  • sorge dafür, dass jedem Auszubildenden ein qualifizierter Ausbilder zugewiesen wird.
  • gestalte mit uns die Zukunft und bereite die bundesweiten Einführungsveranstaltungen für den Ausbildungsstart 2025 vor

Qualifikationen

  • immatrikulierter Student, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources bzw. Personalmanagement, Erziehungswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • gerne mit praktischer Vorerfahrung im Personalbereich z.B. durch Praktika
  • gute Kenntnisse im klassischen MS Office und/oder Google Workspace (insb.Google Sheets)
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprach-Niveau) und fundierte Englischkenntnisse
