Axon is on a mission to Protect Life and is looking for a proactive Learning and Development Sales Coordinator to streamline sales onboarding and training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of a new sales-enablement platform
  • Coordinate and schedule onboarding and ongoing training sessions
  • Partner with People Ops & IT to equip new hires
  • Work closely with the Sales L&D team for training delivery
  • Monitor completion of onboarding and training programs
  • Review and update training materials
  • Curate content for sales training sessions
  • Handle updates to new hire trackers and onboarding tasks

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
