Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman****

Are you ready to take on the role of Field Project Foreman and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems? We are seeking authentic individuals to help "Bring Peace of Mind" to our customers around the Indianapolis area.


As a Commercial Roofing Field Project Foreman, you will be responsible for customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Walk through the proposal with the customer at the start of a job
  • Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
  • Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
  • Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
  • Clean up the job site after lunch
  • Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
  • Oversee roof installation


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 15 %


Compensation and Benefits
  • $25 to $ $30 per hour commensurate with experience
