We are searching for a strategic, hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters in delivering top-tier talent across a growing national footprint. If you are a seasoned leader with a passion for recruitment excellence, data-driven decisions, and team development, we want to talk to you.


This role reports directly to the Director of Recruiting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be both coach and contributor, shaping strategies and jumping in when needed. Your team may be dispersed across time zones, so flexibility and digital collaboration are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of recruiters to consistently hit hiring targets.
  • Roll up your sleeves and support full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles.
  • Act as a key partner to hiring managers, Area Directors, and company leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with business goals.
  • Forecast staffing needs and refine processes to reduce time-to-fill and enhance recruiter performance.
  • Serve as the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) subject matter expert and provide support to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Monitor job requisitions, oversee recruiter bonus reviews, and ensure data accuracy within our systems.
  • Use metrics and KPIs to drive accountability, track success, and inform improvements.
  • Ensure your team delivers a world-class candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience with proven success coaching and developing recruiting teams.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines.
  • Comfortable leading teams across remote and hybrid environments, including those in different time zones.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (bonus points for Paylocity or similar platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.


Work Environment:

  • Onsite at our Corporate HQ in Toledo, Ohio 
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional travel (<5%)
